In this episode, I interview Michael Poffenberger.  Michael is the Executive Direector of the Center for Action & Contemplation - founded by Richard Rohr.  It's one of the largest and most impactful social impact organizations based on the contemplative Christian tradition in the world.  Michael and I talk about how the Center build such momentum, what's important when growing an organization of this scale and how to stay true to your values over the course of time without getting stale or stagnant.
